Each magical piece is handmade with care. We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if something about your order isn’t quite right, please contact us at cris@enchantedskein.com. Be sure to include your name and order number in the subject line. Include a short description (and photos if needed), and we will do our best to make it right. You can expect a response within 1–2 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
